Author Guidelines

ISCSITR-International Journal of ERP and CRM (ISCSITR-IJEC) welcomes original, high-quality research papers, case studies, review articles, and technical notes in the domains of ERP and CRM. Authors are requested to follow the submission guidelines strictly to ensure a smooth peer-review and publication process.

1. Manuscript Submission

  • All submissions must be sent via email to iscsitr@gmail.com in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.

  • Include a cover letter with the manuscript title, authors’ full names, affiliations, contact information, and a declaration of originality.

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Format

  • Language: English (U.S. or U.K. style, consistent throughout)

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size

  • Line Spacing: 1.5 lines

  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

  • Page Numbers: Bottom-center of each page

  • Length: Between 5–15 pages (including references and appendices)

3. Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript should be organized as follows:

  1. Title Page

    • Title of the paper (concise and informative)

    • Full name(s) of author(s)

    • Affiliations and email addresses

    • Corresponding author indicated

  2. Abstract (150–250 words)

    • Brief overview of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions

  3. Keywords (3–6 keywords)

  4. Introduction

  5. Literature Review

  6. Methodology

  7. Results and Discussion

  8. Conclusion and Future Work

  9. Acknowledgements (if applicable)

  10. References (APA or IEEE format, consistently used)

4. Tables and Figures

  • All figures and tables must be numbered, titled, and cited within the text.

  • Submit high-resolution figures/images (minimum 300 DPI).

  • Use editable formats (e.g., Excel, Word, or vector-based graphics) where possible.

5. Plagiarism Policy

  • The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism.

  • All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection software.

  • Manuscripts with >15% similarity will be rejected without review.

6. Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

  • Review decisions (accept, revise, reject) are typically communicated within 4–6 weeks.

7. Copyright and Licensing

  • ISCSITR-IJEC follows an open-access policy.

  • Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright agreement.

  • Authors retain copyright under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.

8. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • ISCSITR-IJEC may charge a nominal APC upon acceptance to cover editorial and hosting expenses.

  • Details will be shared with the authors after the acceptance of the manuscript.

9. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.

  • Research involving human or animal participants must have appropriate ethical approval.
