Abstract

User-centric design has become a pivotal element in ensuring the success of ERP and CRM systems within digital transformation agendas. This paper investigates how design usability impacts user adoption, system performance, and organizational outcomes. Drawing upon recent empirical studies, it presents a comparative analysis of user experience frameworks applied in enterprise solutions and offers a proposed architecture to enhance intuitiveness, task efficiency, and satisfaction. Results from a prototype implementation indicate a significant correlation between usability-focused design and post-deployment satisfaction levels.
